We're honored and grateful to announce that our animated feature film project
ADAM has been awarded with a
Film Development Grant by the Claims Conference.
The
Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany (Claims Conference) is a nonprofit organization with offices in New York, Israel and Germany established to secure material compensation for Holocaust survivors around the world.
Since 2010, the
Claims Conference Film Grant Program has supported films that highlight a particular aspect or story from the Holocaust, enabling viewers to connect emotionally with the victims and survivors. Films that have been supported by the Claims Conference have screened at top international film festivals, such as the Cannes Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale), International Documentary Filmfestival Amsterdam (IDFA), Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and Hot Docs Canadian International Film Festival, and have gone on to be nominated for or win Academy Awards.
Previous recipients of the Claims Conference Film Grant Program include
"Son of Saul" (Academy Award Winner Foreign Language Film ‘16, Cannes Grand Prize Jury ‘15) or
"Where Is Anne Frank?" (Cannes '21).
ADAM is being directed by Ron Segal and David Nasser (Oscar-nominated "I Lost My Body") from a screenplay by Ron Segal (based on his novel).
